St. Felix, Nonsberg Mountain
Altitude: 1,265 m
In the midst of the fabulous scenery of the Nonsberg mountain lies the small village of St. Felix. There has been a mountain pass here for many hundreds of years and the church of St. Christopher, the patron saint of travelers, is equally old.
The church is located slightly away from the village and as long ago as 1476 was vaunted as the area's "longest standing sanctuary". Popular destinations in St. Felix are the Felix mere (also known as Tretsee Lake) and the walk to the Felix waterfall.
